Popular Bangladeshi actress Sabnam Faria and her husband Harunur Rashid Opu have gotten divorced.

They both signed the divorce letter on Friday, sources in media said.

Sabnam Faria said they failed to lead a happy conjugal life that forced them to split.

"Life is very short. So, why we have to live with so much trouble? Thinking so, we decided in the beginning of this year that we won't stay together with sorrow," she said.

The actress and her husband Harunur Rashid Opu, a private employee, got married on February 1 last year.
