Evil conspiracy ongoing over Sinha`s murder: Quader

Awami League General Secretary, Road Transport and Bridges Minister Obaidul Quader has said that a vicious circle is conspiring over the murder of Retired Major Sinha Rashed Khan.

He came up with the comments in a video conference on Sunday afternoon to review the progress of development projects in the Roads and Highways Department, Gopalganj zone.

Obaidul Quader said Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina Sinha has expressed firm conviction in a healthy trial for Rashed's murder. In the meantime, some people have been arrested and interrogation has started. The government has been vocal in prosecuting every murder.

Referring to the success of BNP in institutionalizing corruption as a world champion in corruption, he said the BNP has proved that it is a self-confessed corrupt party by repealing Article 7 from the party constitution.
