GM Quader tests positive for coronavirus

Jatiya Party Chairman and Deputy Leader of the Opposition GM Quader has tested positive for COVID-19.

As per the doctor’s advice, he is currently undergoing treatment at his Uttara residence in the capital.

His press secretary Khandaker Delwar Jalali confirmed the matter.

Quader had been feeling weak for the last several days and tested positive for Covid-19 on January 12, he said.

He is taking medicine and normal diet as per the doctor's advice and he is not suffering from any physical complications, Jalali also said.
