In terms of popularity, TikTok has overtaken Facebook long ago. This time the app for making videos is going to surpass WhatsApp. The app has been downloaded more than 1 billion times in just 15 days. In all, TikTok has crossed the milestone of 2 billion downloads.

Most people in the world are under house arrest due to coronavirus. And at the moment most of the time is spent online as a means of entertainment. Tick ??Tock got the benefit of it. According to experts, this is normal. In January of this year, TikTok has topped the list of most downloaded apps in the App Store and Play Store in the United States.

Compared to 2018, the number of TikTok downloads has increased by 13 percent last year. Naturally, the income of Tik Tok has also increased. Interestingly, Indians have made a big contribution to the huge popularity of the video remaking app. Its unique download from the Play Store in the country has reached 611 million.

China ranks second in terms of TikTok app downloads. The amount of unique downloads of the app in the country is 190.7 million; and 160 million in the United States.

Various songs, dialogues of famous movies, and various funny audios can be made into short videos and uploaded to the TikTok app. China's ByteDance has developed this app.
