|
![]() An advisory regarding this was issued on Saturday (April 26). The directive applies not only to local news agencies but also to digital platforms and social media users. The Indian government has also urged maximum caution and responsible behavior when publishing news related to national security. In particular, it has instructed that no live broadcasting of videos or visuals from sensitive or critical locations should be conducted. In its statement, the ministry noted that during previous crises such as the Kargil conflict, the Mumbai attacks, and the Kandahar incident, media coverage had faced criticism.
